Range and conditions of knitted fabrics treatment division
The knitted fabrics treatment division carries out dyeing and treatment of the following knitted fabrics:
- JERSEY
- INTERLOCK
- FUTTER, FELPA
- Piquet
- Plush Terrycloth
- JACQUARD
- special bonding technologies (covered and tuck links, feinripp ...)
This range can be combined in different material compositions:
- 100% cellulose materials (cotton, viscose, linen, hemp, bamboo ...)
- acetate silk
- synthetic materials (PES, PA, PAN, POP, PUR)
- blended materials (cotton / polyester, cotton / PAN, Vs / PAD ...)
- modified materials (Tactel TACTEL / STRATA, TACTEL / PRISMA, SUPPLEX, LYOCELL, TENCEL, COOLMAX)
- the above mentioned materials also in elastic versions (cotton/Lycra, viscose/Lycra, Supplex/Lycra)
Conditions of treatment:
- dye lot size of knitwear
- 30 - 40 kg (non-standard size of the dye lot)
- 70 - 90 kg
- 130 – 200 kg
- item width: 70 – 230 cm
- finished product: in full width or tubular
- delivery time: 2 – 4 weeks depending on the range (upon agreement with the client)
- Transportation cost: covered by the client
