Drying

Purpose - perfect drying of knitwear and achieving the necessary width, weight and clotting of knitwear

Drying can be performed:

freely in a multistage dryer (drying width of up to 240 cm)
in full length on needle fixation frames (width from 60 cm to 240 cm)
in tumble dryers - part of the plush and clothing production technology
inside a hose on a calender in width of up to 140 cm

Fixation

Materials that can be fixated:

elastic materials (cotton / Lycra, viscose / Lycra, PAD / Lycra, polyester / lycra ...)
synthetic materials (PES)
goods after printing

Fixation is performed on fixation frames at temperatures of 170 °C - 210 °C in width from 60 cm to 240 cm possibility to fixate on a fixation frame, with oil heating - no colour change due to combustion gases
